We work in partnership with other individuals and organisations as the most effective way to set up new projects. Our Projects are progressive and innovative, addressing unmet need or improving what is currently available.
Because our resources are very limited we seek to develop projects which are either self sustaining or can be hived off to operate as an independent entity.
In 2014, one of our earliest projects was support for a monthly meditation class which was particularly popular for people in recovery from addiction. Just Meditation has now become a social enterprise and is completely separate and self-sustaining, with its own meditation centre in Newcastle upon Tyne providing connection and emotional well-being.
In 2014 we also set up and supported Pilgrim Street, an alternative model of church for people on the margins of established Christianity. This fed attendees spiritual needs for nearly three years but ended in 2017.
